Athanase Letartre

     Athanase was born on Monday, 28 February 1701 in L'Ange-Gardien, Montmorency County, Quebec, Canada.1 He was christened on the same day there in the church of L'Ange-Gardien.2 He was the son of Charles Letartre and Marie Maheu. Athanase married Marie-Anne Gregoire on 4 June 1725 in L'Ange-Gardien at the church of L'Ange-Gardien.3 Athanase & Marie-Anne had one child: Charles [7/13/1726].4 Athanase's wife, Marie-Anne, died circa 13 July 1726 in L'Ange-Gardien, Montmorency County, Quebec, Canada, leaving him a widower. Athanase married 2nd Barbe Jolivet on 25 February 1727 in L'Ange-Gardien at the church of L'Ange-Gardien.5 Athanase departed this life before 4 November 1732 in Quebec, Canada. His wife, Barbe married second to Pierre Dubeau on this date.
