Jean Baptiste Lecoq

     Jean Baptiste was born on Sunday, 8 February 1761 in Lavaltrie, Vercheres County, Quebec, Canada. He was christened on the same day there in St-Antoine Church.1 He was the son of Jean-Baptiste Lecoq dit Ladouceur and Marie Jeanne Anne Huet dit St Godard. Jean departed this life in Lavaltrie. He was buried there in the churchyard of St-Antoine on Sunday, 22 February 1761.2
