Joseph Howell

     Joseph was born circa 1760 in New York. Joseph married Sarah Mather [Marther], daughter of Ebenezer Mather and Margaret Downs, on 9 September 1782 in Aquabogue in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, Long Island, New York.1
