Mary Howell1

     Mary was born in Mattituck in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, Long Island, New York. She was the daughter of Captain Richard Howell and Elizabeth Tuthill. Mary married Amaziah Benjamin in November 1761 in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, Long Island, New York.2 Mary was still living when her father mentioned her in his will dated on 14 March 1783.
