     John was born on Wednesday, 29 July 1648 in Dedham, Norfolk County, Massachusetts.3 He was the son of Nathaniel Colburn and Priscilla Clarke. John married Experience Leland on 25 June 1674 in Medfield Township, Norfolk County, Massachusetts.
