Alexander Bruce Dean of Glasgow

Alexander was born circa 1287 in Carrick, Ayrshire, Scotland, at Turnberry Castle. He was the son of Robert de Bruce VII Earl of Carrick and Countess Marjorie of Carrick. Alexander departed this life on Wednesday, 9 February 1307 in Carlisle, County Cumberland, Scotland. Alexander and his brother Thomas were taken prisoner in Galloway, and executed 9 February 1307 in Carlisle, County Cumberland, Scotland.1
