Martha Seaman

     Martha was born circa 1656 in Town of Hempstead, Long Island, New Netherlands. She was the daughter of Captain John Seaman and Martha Moore. Martha married Nathaniel Pearsall, son of Henry Pearsall and Anne Pankhurst, on 4 February 1674/75 in Westbury, Hempstead Town, Queens County, Long Island, New York. 31 August 1698, Nathaniel and Martha and her husband, [ROF:Hempstead Town] were listed on the Hempstead Town Census. Enumerated in this household were Nathaniel Persall, Martha, Thomas, Martha, Sarah, Elizabeth, Hannah, Phebe, Samuel. Martha's husband, an unknown person , died on 24 October 1703 in Hempstead Town, Queens County, Long Island, New York, leaving her a widow.
