     Matthew was born in 1671 in Westerly, Washington County, Rhode Island. He was the son of John Randall and Elizabeth Torrey. Matthew married Eleanor Utter in 1693 in Rhode Island. Matthew departed this life on Monday, 19 December 1735 in Hopkinton, Washington County, Rhode Island, at age 64 years.
