He married Elizabeth White, widow, May 1, 1758 (REF. 4, VOL.11, Page 84 - Records of first and second Presbyterian Churches, New York).           Their children (per family bible record at Suffolk County Hist'l Sec., Riverhead, L.I., 14.Y.):      Jonathan4, born Feb. 4. 1759 (Bapt. at Trinity Church, New York, Feb. 21. 1759 (REF.4, VOL. 68, Page 67) probably died young; Mary Elizabeth, born May 1, 1761; (5f) Benjamin, born July 27, 1763; (5f2) John, born March 10, 1765; (5g) Jonathan born Aug. 10, 1769(REF.4, VOL. 33, Pages 52 and 53). Inasmuch as the first Jonathan was found recorded in the same Bible with the other children, it is fair to assume they all belonged to the same parents.
