Jonathan Mitchell

M, b. circa 19 December 1624, d. 9 July 1668
     On 19 December 1624, he was christened in Halifax, Halifax Parish, Yorkshire, England, at St. John the Baptist Church. Jonathan Mitchell was the son of Matthew Mitchell and Susan Wood. He graduated from Harvard College in 1647 and was minister at Cambridge for 18 years from 1649 to 1667.1 Jonathan departed this life on Monday, 9 July 1668 in Cambridge, Middlesex County, Massachusetts.1
