Pierre Mayrand

M, b. 22 June 1711, d. 18 December 1741
     Pierre was born on Monday, 22 June 1711 in Deschambault, Portneuf County, Quebec, Canada. He was the son of Louis Mayrand and Marie Sauvageau. He was christened there on 21 July 1711 in the church of St-Joseph.1 Pierre married Marthe Perier on 13 February 1736 in Pointe-Claire, Montreal, Quebec, Canada, at St-Joachim Church.2 Pierre & Marie-Marthe had children: Marie-Agathe [1/28/1737-4/25/1776][m. 10/16/1758 Jean Francos Fauteux dit Bonsecour], Marie-Catherine [3/02/1739][m. 1/08/1759 Armand Janot dit Lariole] & Marie-Charlotte [5/26/1741-4/22/1801][m. Jacques Leblond dit Bellegarde].3 Pierre departed this life on Monday, 18 December 1741 in Pointe-Claire, Montreal at age 30 years, 5 months and 26 days. He was buried there in the churchyard of St-Joachim on Tuesday, 19 December 1741.4
