Peter Greene

     Peter was born circa 1583 in Gillingham Parish, Dorchestershire, England, at the family estate at Bowridge Hall. He was the son of Richard Greene and Mary Hooker. Peter married Joan (?) circa 1605. Peter & Joan had children: Mary [12/29/1605], William [4/07/1607], Joan [4/25/1609], Margery [4/11/1611], Richard [8/06/1612-d.y.], Richard [4/30/1615] & Robert [1/23/1618]. These were all baptisms recorded at St. Mary's Church, Gillingham.1
