     Jost was first married to Geertje Auckers. Jost married 2nd Annetje Rapalje, daughter of Joris Jansen de Rapalje and Catalyntie Frisco, on 30 January 1692 in Flatbush, in the Town of Brooklyn, Kings County, Long Island, New York, at the Dutch Reformed Church.1
