Jonathan Fairchild

     Jonathan was born on Friday, 10 October 1692 in Norwalk, Fairfield County, Connecticut. Jonathan married Eleanor Whitney, daughter of John Whitney and Elizabeth Smith, on 23 June 1717 in Norwalk, Fairfield County, Connecticut. In 1725, Jonathan was a member of the First Congregational Church. Jonathan made his will on 2 June 1760 at Norwalk. Jonathan departed this life on Saturday, 28 November 1772 in Norwalk at age 80 years, 1 month and 18 days. The inventory of Jonathan's estate was taken on Sunday, 13 December 1772 by Nathan Beers and Jonathan Platt. They appraised the estate at £161 11s. 5d. His will was probated on 20 January 1773.
