     David was born circa 1694 in Stratford, Fairfield County, Connecticut. He was the son of Benjamin Curtis and Ester Judson. David married Dinah Wakelee on 26 November 1719. David's wife, Dinah, died in June 1725 in Stratford, Fairfield County, Connecticut, leaving him a widower. David married 2nd Esther Hurd on 10 November 1725 in Stratford, Fairfield County, Connecticut. David departed this life in June 1760 in Stratford, Fairfield County, Connecticut.
