Basile de Clare

     Basile de was born in 1156. She was the daughter of Richard de Clare 2nd Earl of Pembroke. Basile was an illegitimate daughter of Richard and as such was not considered an heir to her father's titles. Basile had three marriages [1] 1172, Robert de Quincy, [2] 1173, Raymond Fitzgerald, known as Raymond le Gros, Constable of Leinster,[3] 1188, Geoffrey Fitz Robert, Baron of Kells. Basile departed this life in 1203.
