Elizabeth Botetourt

     Elizabeth was born in County Norfolk, England. She was the daughter of John Botetourt and Maud fitz Thomas. Elizabeth married William le Latimer 3rd Lord Latimer in 1328 in England. Her mother, Maud, enfeoffed them of her share of the barony of Bedford on 12 November 1328. Elizabeth's husband, William, died before 2 November 1335, leaving her a widow. Elizabeth married 2nd Robert de Ufford before 20 August 1337. In 1352 Elizabeth exchanged the manor of Cardington, Bedfordshire for the manor of Renhold, Bedfordshire with her cousin John Picot. Elizabeth departed this life on Sunday, 11 April 1384 in England. She was buried in Bedfordshire, England, in Newnham Priory.
