Elizabeth Blake

Elizabeth was born circa 1556 in Plainsfield, in the parish of Over Stowey, Somersetshire, England.1 She was the daughter of John Blake "the Elder" and Joan (?) Elizabeth married Robert Selleck on 9 October 1571 in Over Stowey at St. Peter & St. Paul Church.2 Robert & Elizabeth had children: Nicholas, John, Robert [m. Theophila Cox], William & David.3 Elizabeth's husband, Robert, died in 1623, leaving her a widow. Elizabeth made her will on 31 October 1623.4 Elizabeth departed this life in Lydeard St. Lawrence, Somersetshire, England. She was buried there on Sunday, 12 May 1624.2 Her will was probated on 14 January 1626.
