Phebe Williams

     Phebe was born in Jefferson County, Colorado. She was the daughter of Robert Williams and Sarah Washbourne. Phebe married John Townsend, son of Richard Townsend and Elizabeth Wicks or Weeks, circa 1684 in Queens County, Long Island, New York.
