Lettice Underhill

     Lettice was born circa 1600 in either Baginton, Warwickshire, England, or in Bergen Op Zoom, North Brabent, Netherlands. She was the daughter of John Underhill and Honor Pawley. Lettice married Richard Bulgar. Richard and Lettice had one known child, a son, John, [chr. 4/20/1634]. On 21 March 1673, she was attacked by an Indian in her home in Portsmouth and died shortly after.¹
