Agnes was born in Lea in the parish of Ashover, Derbyshire, England. She was the daughter of John Turvile and Catherine Staunton. Agnes married Thomas Rolleston, son of James Rolleston and Anne Babington, circa 1509. She and Thomas were blessed with 9 children.
