     John married Mary Foote, daughter of Nathaniel Foote and Elizabeth Deming, in 1642 in Connecticut.2 John and Mary had children: Mary [5/22/1643-8/23/1683][m. 12/10/1663 Joseph, son of Thomas Wright d. 1/--/1715], John [4/12/1646-12/04/1703][m. 5/26/1647 Elizabeth Curtis], Caleb 9/12/1648-d.y.], Joshua [9/12/1648-ca 1725][m. 8/15/1684 Berthia Smith], Mercy [11/--/1652][m. 2/--/1685 Joseph Wright], Nathaniel [3/--/1661-2/09/1714][m. 1st Mary d. 1/17/1693][m. 2nd, 12/07/1693 Eunice Standish 1664-8/05/1716].3 John departed this life in December 1664 in Connecticut.
