Phoebe Seaman

     Phoebe was born on Sunday, 4 June 1747 in the Town of Oyster Bay, Queens County, Long Island, New York. She was the daughter of Samuel Seaman and Martha Willets Valentine. Phoebe married Samuel Hicks on 3 February 1765 in the Town of Hempstead, Queens County, Long Island, New York.1 Phoebe departed this life on Tuesday, 21 September 1790 in New York.
