Robert was born in Devonshire, England. Robert married Agnes (?). Robert & Agnes had children: Robert, John & Sarah.2 He came by 1640 to Portsmouth, New Hampshire where his name is found on many records. He & Agnes conveyed property to their sons: Robert & John, on 11 February 1655. They departed this town before June 1655. The family removed to Newtown, Long Island.3 Robert departed this life before 1660 in Queens County, Long Island, New Netherlands.
