William Nickerson

     William was born circa 1682 in Monomoit, Barnstable County, Massachusetts. He was the son of John Nickerson and Sarah Williams. William married Hannah Ellis circa 1707 in Monomoit. William & Hannah had children: Martha [m. 3/30/1729 John Bee], Hannah, David [9/30/1731 Elizabeth Mayo], Elizabeth, Sarah [m, Thomas Ash], William [m. 1/28/1739 Hannah Baker], Ruth & Zilpha [ca. 1720][m. 11/08/1740 Thomas Baxter].¹ William made his will on 6 August 1735 at Monomoit, Barnstable County, Massachusetts. H e mentions his daughters: Hannah & Elizabeth as not being married. He mentions that his daughters: Ruth & Zilpha are not yet of age. William departed this life in Monomoit. His will was probated on 19 October 1738. William's wife, Hannah, died after 1755 in Monomoit leaving him a widower.
