Alice was born circa 1742 in Frederick County, Maryland, at the family home "Ridgely's Chance". Alice married Henry Truman Hill in 1769 in Maryland. Henry and Alice had a daughter Ruth [1/01/1785-10/28/1843][m. Henry Whitmire] and possible other children. On 29 September 1791, Henry and Alice sold to her brother, Richard, Alice's share of her parent's plantation "Ridgley's Rest" for 46 pounds, 2 shillings and 6 pence. Alice departed this life in 1792 in Newberry County, South Carolina.
