Hannah Leggett

     Hannah was born the 28th day of the 10th month 1763 at West Farms, Westchester County, New York. She was the daughter of Thomas Leggett and Mary Embree. Hannah married Isaac Ostrom on 15 June 1786 in New York. Isaac and Hannah had children: a son [1787], Thomas [3/04/1789-4/13/1863] [m. Louisa Pope], Mary [11/01/1790], Isaac [9/16/1792-11/04/1870] [m. 12/31/1821 Dorcus Farnham], Esther [9/10/1794], Rebecca [5/12/1796-1/08/1892] [m. Thomas Yearsley Miles], Sarah [7/05/1799], Hannah [9/20/1801], John S. [1806-2/09/1876].¹ m. Lucy Ann] Hannah departed this life on Wednesday, 13 August 1834 in Troy, Rensselaer County, New York, at age 70 years, 7 months and 16 days. She was buried there in Oakwood Cemetery.
