Marie Louise Lecoq dit Ladouceur

Marie Louise was born on Saturday, 22 September 1764 in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. She was christened on the same day there in the Basilica of Notre Dame.1 She was the daughter of Jean-Baptiste Lecoq dit Ladouceur and Marie Jeanne Anne Huet dit St Godard. Marie Louise married Alexis Ayotte, son of Ignace Ayotte and Anne-Francoise Lecuyer dit Laneuville, circa 1783 in Maskinonge, Quebec, Canada.2 Marie's husband, Alexis, died on 6 October 1824 in Maskinonge leaving her a widow. Marie departed this life on Tuesday, 11 September 1832 in Louiseville at age 67 years, 11 months and 20 days. She was buried there in the churchyard of St-Antoine-de-la-Riviiere-du-Loup on Wednesday, 12 September 1832.3
