Thankful Johnson

     Thankful was born on Wednesday, 14 May 1738 in Durham, Middlesex County, Connecticut. She was the daughter of Deacon Benjamin Johnson and Eunice Sutliffe. Thankful departed this life on Monday, 26 May 1738 in Durham at age 12 days. She was buried there in the Old Durham Cemetery. The inscription on her tombstone reads: Thankful daughter of Bejamin and Eunce Johnson who died May 26 1738 Aged 3 weeks.1
