William Horton Howell

     William Horton was born on Friday, 10 September 1813 in Minisink Town, Orange County, New York. He was the son of Parshall Howell II and Elizabeth Horton. William married Jane Sophia Hackett on 18 June 1844 in Unadilla Township, Livingston County, Michigan.1 William departed this life before 13 April 1896 as he was not listed as one of the living brothers in his brother John's obituary.
