Joan was born. She was the daughter of Richard Holebeach. Joan married Sir Thomas Beaupre, son of Richard Beaupre de Lyn and Katherine Mountfort, in England. Joan's husband, Thomas, died before 1392 in England, leaving her a widow; He died during the reign of Richard II (1377-1399). Joan married 2nd Thomas Walton in England. Joan made her will on 21 September 1392 at Outwell, County Norfolk, England.
In her will, dated on Sunday after the feast of St. Matthew, 1392, she bequeaths her body to be buried in the churchyard of St. Clement in Outwell, to the lights of every altar in the said church 12d. to the repair of it 13s. 4d. to the mending of two bridges 11s. and appoints Nicholas her son, and Thomas, rector of that church, executors.1
Joan departed this life in Outwell. She was buried there in the churchyard of St. Clement.
