Ruth Holton

     Ruth was born circa 1640 in Hartford, Hartford County, Connecticut. She was the daughter of William Holton and Mary (?) Ruth married Joseph Baker on 5 February 1663 in Northampton, Hampshire County, Massachusetts. Ruth's husband, Joseph was killed by Indians in King Philip's War on 29 October 1675, leaving her a widow. Ruth married 2nd Thomas Lyman circa 1678 in Northampton, Hampshire County, Massachusetts.
