Susanna Groot

     Susanna was born in Schenectady, Schenectady County, New York. She was the daughter of Simon Groot & Rebecca. Susanna married Isaac Cornelissen Swits, son of Cornelis Claessen Swits and Ariaentje Cornelissen Trommels, circa 1670 in Schenectady, Schenectady County, New York, at the Reformed Dutch Church.1 In 1670, she was christened in Schenectady, Schenectady County, New York, at the Reformed Dutch Church.2 Isaac & Susanna had children: Cornelius [chr. 1670], Simon [chr. 1/10/1680], Abraham [chr. 1687], Isaac [chr.7/28/1691], Jacob [chr. 10/29/1693], Jacob [6/26/1695] Micolaas [chr. 11/10/1697], Arriantje [chr. 1697] & Rebecca.3,4
