James Ferris

     James was born circa 1643 in Stamford, Fairfield County, Connecticut. He was the son of Jeffrey Ferris and Mary. He was married about 1670; the name of his wife is not known. In 1705, James purchased land from his brother, Peter, and his nephews, Joseph and Joshua. James and his wife had at least one child, James [ -11/06/1726] [m. Mary].
