     Rosalie Claire was born on Wednesday, 12 August 1778 in Berthierville, Berthier County, Quebec, Canada. She was christened on the same day there in Ste-Genevieve Church.1 She was the daughter of Charles Dandonneau and Marie Felicite Leclerc. Rosalie Claire married Jean Baptiste Coutu on 1 July 1799 in Ile-DuPas, Quebec, Canada, at the church of La Visitation.2 Jean Baptiste & Rosalie had children: Agnes [7/18/1799-11/07/1816], Marie Josephe [9/21/1800], Rosalie [-12/25/1800], Andre [11/29/1801], Rose [1/29/1803-8/30/1803], Julie [10/11/1804-3/19/1805], Charles [10/03/1806], Catherine [11/25/1808], Rose [6/24/1811], Marie Julie [3/26/1814-6/18/1814], Adelaide [11/02/1815] & Julie [2/05/1818].3
