Genevieve Dandonneau

Genevieve was born on Tuesday, 30 January 1759 in Ile-DuPas, Quebec, Canada. She was christened on the same day there in the church of La Visitation.1 She was the daughter of Charles Dandonneau and Therese Salvail. A contract for the marriage of Genevieve & Baptiste Brissette was signed on 24 January 1778. The contract was drawn up and signed by the Notary Antoine Robin. It was noted in the contract that Baptsite's parents were Antoine Brisset & Marguerite Duto dit Villandre and that Genevieve's parents were Charles Dandonneau & Therese Salvaye..2 Genevieve departed this life on Friday, 8 May 1778 in Ile-DuPas at age 19 years, 3 months and 8 days. She was buried there in the churchyard of La Visitation on Sunday, 10 May 1778.3
