Charles Bertrand Chesnay

     Charles Bertrand was born on Wednesday, 22 February 1673 in ville de Quebec, Quebec, Canada. He was christened there on 23 February 1673 in the Basilica of Notre Dame.1 He was the son of Bertrand Chesnay dit LaGarenne and Elisabeth Auber. Charles and his three siblings, Elisabeth, Anne Agnes and Francoise died while they were at sea on 1 November 1693.
