Sarah Chandler

     Sarah was born in Woodstock, Windham County, Connecticut. She was the daughter of John & Elizabeth [Douglas] Chandler of Woodstock, Connecticut.¹ Sarah married 2nd John Gardiner, son of David Gardiner and Mary Lingman, on 2 September 1708 in Suffolk County, Long Island, New York. She was the widow of William Coit.¹ Sarah departed this life on Friday, 3 July 1711 in Suffolk County, Long Island, New York. She was buried in Easthampton, Suffolk County, Long Island, New York, in the Old Burying Ground.
