John Botetourt1

     John was born circa 1298 in County Norfolk, England. He was the son of John Botetourt and Maud fitz Thomas. He was a Knight of the Bath of Belchamp Otton, Belchamp William, Gestingthorp, Gosfield, Oveington, Essex. He was captured in a battle in 1322 fighting against the king. John married Margaret (?) before 1330 in England. John departed this life before 28 August 1339 in England.
