Martha Blanford

     Martha was born circa 1687 in Calvert County, Maryland. She was the daughter of Thomas Blanford and Tabitha Wright. Martha married Thomas Lamar circa 1705 in Calvert County. Thomas and Martha had children: Robert [1706][m. Sarah Young], Samuel [1708], Alexander [1710][m. Jane], Verlinda [1711][m. William Williams], John [4/22/1713-7/21/1775][m. 1733 Rachel Grenvill], James [1715][m. Verlinda Osbourne], Mary [1718][m. Clementius Davis], Samuel [1720][m. Sarah Elizabeth Hunt], Thomas [1721][m. Eleanor Young] & Elizabeth [101/26/1722-1772][m. 6/18/1747 Joseph Wilson].
