Rachael Willis1
F, b. before 8 January 1674, d. 28 October 1739
Rachael was born in London, County Middlesex, England, at a Quaker Settlement. On the 8th day of the 11th month 1673, Rachael was christened in London at a Quaker Settlement.2 She was the daughter of Henry Willis II and Mary Peace. Rachael married Nathaniel Seaman, son of Captain John Seaman and Martha Moore, the 9th day of the 8th month 1695 in the home of Rachael's parents, Henry & Mary Willis, Westbury, Hempstead Town, Queens County, Long Island, New York.3 31 August 1698, Nathaniel and Rachael and her husband, [ROF:Hempstead Town] were listed on the Hempstead Town Census. Enumerated in this household were Martha Seaman [mother], Nathaniel Seaman, Rachael, Rachael Jr., Martha Carman, [probably daughter of Nathaniel's sister, Hannah]. Rachael died on the 28th day of the 8th month 1739 at Westbury, Hempstead Town.4,5
