Martha Willett

     Martha was born on Saturday, 6 August 1639 in Plymouth, Plymouth County, Massachusetts. She was the daughter of Honorable Thomas Willett and Mary Browne. Martha married Honorable John Saffin on 2 December 1658 in Plympton, Plymouth County, Massachusetts.¹ John & Martha had children: John [ -12/11/1661], John [4/14/1662- ], Thomas [3/181664-6/18/1687], Simon [4/04/1666-], Josiah [1/21/1668- ], Joseph [2/02/1670- ], Benjamin [6/15/1672- ], & Joseph [1/24/1677- ]. Martha died on Sunday, 11 December 1678 in Boston, Suffolk County, Massachusetts, at age 39 years, 4 months and 5 days from smallpox.¹ She was buried there in Boston.
