Hannah Tuthill

     Hannah was born on Monday, 7 November 1667 in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, Long Island, New York. She was the daughter of John Tuthill and Deliverance King. She married Justice Joshua Wells in January 1684 at the Town of Southold. Joshua & Hannah had children: John (1/31/1689), Joshua (1691), Ann, Deliverance, Daniel [3/26/1702-3/29/1761] [m. 1722 Elizabeth Downs, 2nd 1724 Mary Goldsmith & 3rd 1742 Hannah Vail.], Deborah, Nathaniel, Abigail, William, Samuel, Mehitable, Solomn, & Freegift. They were all born at Southold. 1698, Joshua and Hannah and her husband, [ROF:Southold Town] werelisted on the Southold Town Census. Enumerated in this household were Joshua Wells, Hannah, William, John, Joshua, Deliverance, Abigail, Ann. Hannah's husband, Joshua, died in 1744 in the Town of Southold leaving her a widow. Hannah departed this life at the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, Long Island, New York.
