Ann married John Barlow I circa 1629 in England.¹ Ann's husband, John, died before 9 June 1674 in Fairfield, Fairfield County, Connecticut, leaving her a widow. Ann departed this life before 25 February 1684/85 in Fairfield, Fairfield County, Connecticut. The inventory of Ann's estate was taken on Sunday, 25 February 1684/85.²
