John Sulyard

     John was born in Eye, County Suffolk, England. He was the son of John Sullyard and Alice Barrington. He married first Agnes Hungate, daughter of John Hungate of York. John married 2nd Ann Andrews, daughter of Elizabeth Stratton, circa 1470.¹ John and Ann had children: Andrew [circa 1471], Ann [circa 1473] [m. Roger Appleton], John, Elizabeth [m. Edward Baynton] & Alice [m. William Rouse].¹ John was Knight of Wetherden, Eye & Welby of Suffolk. John departed this life on Wednesday, 14 March 1488 in Weston, County Norfolk, England.
