Jean-Francois Samson

     Jean-Francois was born on Sunday, 4 March 1674 in ville de Quebec, Quebec, Canada. He was christened on the same day there in the Basilica of Notre Dame.1 He was the son of Gabriel Samson and Francoise Durand. Jean-Francois departed this life on Saturday, 10 March 1674 in ville de Quebec at age 6 days. On the same day, he was buried there in the Notre Dame Cemetery.2
