Phebe married Henry Willis in 1712 in Bethpage in the Town of Oyster Bay. Henry and Phebe had children: Mary [2/22/1713] [m. Richard Post], Silas [3/04 1715] [m. 1741 Ann Pearsall] & Phebe [3/01/1719] [m. Benjamin Downing].1
