Elizabeth Reade

     Elizabeth was born circa 1616 in Wickford, County Essex, England. She was the daughter Edmund Reade of Wickforde, County Essex.1 Elizabeth married John Winthrop Jr., son of John Winthrop and Mary Forthe, in 1635 in England. Elizabeth departed this life on Thursday, 24 November 1672 in New London, New London County, Connecticut.
