     Robert was born circa 1540 in Denston, Wickhambrook, County Suffolk, England. He was the son of Robert Ray and Joane (?) Robert married Margery Bigg, daughter of John Bigg and Agnes (?), in England. He made his will 1592. Robert departed this life circa 1598 in Denston, Wickhambrook, County Suffolk, England. His will was probated in 1598.
