Thomas Pell, 3rd Lord of Pell

     Thomas was born in 1676 in Pellham Manor, Westchester County, New York. He was the son of Sir John Pell. 2nd Lord Pell and Rachael Pickney. Thomas married Anna Wampage circa 1709 in Westchester County, New York. Thomas & Anna had children: Joshua [1710][m. Phebe Palmer], Benjamin [m. Mary Anne Ferris], Caleb [1711][m.
